Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
