Product Description

Two-section seat to accommodate one or two ballistic packs to protect the waist, pelvis and legs from fragmentation. The seat can be mounted in three ways: on a vest or belt MOLLE platform, or as a traditional seat pad using the waist strap. When used as a traditional pad, it can be folded forward as a small ambush mat or placed behind the back for a brief rest. The standard configuration includes two Isolon foam inserts for comfort and insulation, which can be replaced with ballistic inserts.
